Cuidar en Xarxa Llavaneres – GettingTalent 2025 is an event organised by the Sant Andreu de Llavaneres Town Council, in collaboration with GettingContacts, aimed at connecting companies in the care and leisure sectors with candidates interested in employment in these areas.

The event will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025, from 9:00 to 13:00, at the Llavaneres Municipal Sports Centre.
This is the first edition of the initiative in the town, with an aim to generate over 300 high-quality interviews in just one morning.

• Companies based in the Maresme region working in elderly care, residential services, childcare, and educational leisure.

• Organisations offering support to vulnerable groups and seeking qualified personnel.

• Individuals interested in working in these sectors: caregivers, geriatric assistants, activity leaders, school support staff, and similar profiles.

Methodology

Using the GettingContacts methodology, a customised interview agenda will be prepared for each company and candidate, based on their profiles and specific needs.

Each interview will last approximately 10 to 15 minutes, ensuring a focused and productive first contact.

Candidates will receive prior training to help them prepare for interviews, present their skills effectively, and enhance their professional visibility.

Employers will receive a carefully planned interview schedule, along with the CVs of all participating candidates, to ensure efficient evaluation and meaningful interactions.

The event will be managed and facilitated by a professional team to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
