Connecting Talent D! is a day dedicated to connecting companies with job-seeking individuals with disabilities. More than just an event – it’s a purposeful encounter.

For companies:
Access pre-selected profiles and receive a tailored agenda with between 8 and 15 interviews – all in one morning.

For talent:
Every participant will be guaranteed the chance to meet with inclusive, forward-thinking employers.

Our goal: over 150 real connections in a single morning.
Efficient. Practical. Human. A straightforward and effective approach for:
– Companies seeking inclusive recruitment.
– Individuals seeking meaningful employment.

At the core of the event: Gettingcontacts – personal interview schedules and group sessions for high-demand sectors.

How does it work?

Companies:
Register and we’ll contact you to understand your hiring needs and match you with the best candidates – both for the event and afterwards.

Talent:
Sign up and Inserta Empleo’s team will support your preparation and guide you through your interview schedule.

All job opportunities and candidate profiles will be published free of charge on www.portalento.es

– 10:00 – Networking begins with informal coffee

– 10:15 to 12:45 – One-to-one interviews and group information sessions
