This event is organised by Inserta Empleo – Fundación ONCE, a leading organisation in promoting inclusive employment and equal opportunities for people with disabilities.

Connectant Talent D! is an event designed to bring companies and people with disabilities who are seeking employment into direct contact. It is much more than an event: it is a meeting with purpose.

For companies:
Access to profiles pre-selected by Inserta Empleo’s technical team.

Personalised agendas with between 8 and 15 individual interviews in a single morning.

Advice and support in defining the profiles best suited to their needs.

An opportunity to actively contribute to the real inclusion of people with disabilities.

For talent:
Inserta Empleo supports each candidate in preparing for their interviews.

Guaranteed interviews with companies committed to diversity and equality.

Access to validated and adapted job offers, managed through the platform www.portalento.es.

Technical support and professional guidance before, during and after the event.

The objective: to generate more than 150 real connections in a single event.

How does it work?
Companies: Register via the event registration button and the Inserta Empleo team will contact you to define the profiles you need and provide you with the highest possible number of suitable candidates. (Registration via the website “sign me up”)

Talent: Register using the “Application” button and Inserta Empleo’s technical team will contact you to help prepare your interviews with the participating companies.

10:00 am – Start of networking and relational coffee.

10:15 am to 12:45 pm – Individual interviews and sector-specific information spaces.
