Welcome to Conencting Talent D! Reus, Tarragona.

The event, organised by Inserta Empleo – Fundación ONCE, aims to generate a real impact on the employability of people with disabilities by fostering opportunities for inclusive employment.

Our goal is to connect companies and diverse talent in an accessible and dynamic environment. Each participating company will receive a personalised interview schedule, ensuring between eight and fifteen meetings with pre-selected candidates. Likewise, each candidate will be guaranteed between one and four interviews. In a single morning, more than one hundred effective connections will be established with pre-screened candidates with disabilities.

In addition, dedicated spaces will be available for informative sessions on specific employment demands. These group sessions, held in classroom format with four to twelve participants, will allow companies to cover positions requiring transversal profiles, high-demand roles, or sector-specific expertise.

For Candidates and Companies

Participation is open to people with disabilities who are currently unemployed. Selection and validation of candidates will be carried out through the employment platform www.portalento.es.

Participating companies will provide a list of vacancies they wish to fill, and professionals from Inserta Empleo – Portalento.es will support them in publishing their opportunities. The initiative guarantees quality employment, with at least the legal minimum wage and competitive conditions. All companies will receive guidance and advisory support prior to the event.

The event will take place in an accessible, comfortable, and safe venue. We warmly encourage you to take part – register today!

Personalised agendas will be managed by Gettingcontacts and delivered in advance to ensure maximum efficiency.

A first draft will be sent one week before the event.
A second draft will follow three to five days prior.
The final agenda will be delivered 48 to 24 hours before the event.

This process ensures maximum attendance and minimises no-shows, optimising every meeting between companies and candidates.

After the event, a thorough follow-up of results will be carried out. Satisfaction and evaluation surveys will be sent to both companies and candidates.
