The objective is to generate business and new projects: Developing qualitative meetings (15 minutes) between companies through a personal agenda according to the interests of each participant.

“Challenges in Talent Management in the Logistics Sector”
led by José del Moral, Industrial Psychology Graduate with a professional career dedicated to talent acquisition and management, for 16 years he held national and international responsibilities for Kuehne + Nagel, a leading logistics operator. In 2021 he launched the HR consultancy BCN Talent Logistic with the clear vocation of professionalizing the logistics sector in terms of talent acquisition and management.

Goals of the 10th edition:

1. Facilitate qualitative contacts with the different actors in the value chain of the logistics-industrial sector

2. Facilitate a business framework to launch new projects between professionals and companies in the value chain of the logistics/production sector.

3. Follow and help consolidate the pacts opened in previous editions, surface sectoral needs to be able to channel them, seeking solutions

4. New technologies and business cooperation

5. Promote creativity and innovation to consolidate companies

6. Facilitate access for candidates and companies to new jobs.

Quality networking:

Personal agenda of scheduled meetings: According to the gettingcontacts methodology, these are short meetings between entrepreneurs to make qualitative contacts in a single day and launch new projects.

Agenda of 6 meetings per participant. We estimate the generation of about 250 meetings during the day.

In the previous 8th edition of 2021, 63 companies participated.
